Payments, Refunds and Cancellation

Policy Statement


The Creative Club strives to provide clear, transparent and fair payment terms to ensure a seamless experience for all.

Payments

​

Instalment Plans: Payments are set up to be automatically deducted at regular intervals, based on the payment plan you select. To ensure a smooth and reliable billing process. the payments are processed by a third-party payment system. Please note that payments may deducted even during school holiday’s, because of the third parties’ automations. The total amount due will remain the same, and payments will stop automatically once the full amount has been paid. This may result in the final payment being processed a few weeks before the end of the term.

Late Fees: A grace period of  7 days from the due date specified on the invoice will be provided for late payments without penalty. If payments are not received within the grace period;​

  • A formal reminder notice will be sent.

  •  

  • Classes will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.

  • Accounts with overdue payments of more than 30 days may be referred to a collection agency.

Cancellation and Refunds

​

If you wish  to cancel your classes before completing the full duration you’ve signed up for, please note the following conditions.

Exchanges: If a lesson is missed, we can arrange a make-up session, subject to availability.

​

Prorated Cancellation Fee:  Clients who wish to cancel before completing the agreed terms may be required to pay the difference between the discounted rate and the full price for the lessons already attended. This is to ensure the equity for all clientele,  maintaining equal rates.

Refunds: Refunds for remaining lessons will be issued at the agreed upon  rate.

​

Failure to pay the agreed cancellation fee: Will result in suspension of services and a legal follow up, to pursue unpaid balances.
